Vision Facilitation

The Program

Vision Facilitation is designed for all interested Rotarians in your club—from your newest members to your most tenured. The breadth and depth of the facilitation exercise is ensured when Club leaders and its opinion-makers participate.

Why Vision?

Long range planning is important for any organization as it provides an opportunity to identify strengths, weaknesses, goals, and their implementation. Your dedication to and desire to keep a healthy club culture is what we hope draws you to a vision session.

Who

A team of facilitators will lead a process consisting of an overview presentation, a writing exercise, data collection, and consensus voting and summary and action plan development. Your club participation should include present board members, the current president, president-elect, president-elect nominee, immediate past-president, and two other past-presidents as well as other interested club members.

When

Club Vision Facilitation is a four hour evening or Saturday session (typically 5 PM – 9 PM or 9 AM – 1 PM) planned at the convenience of your club.

Where

The session may be held at the District Office or the Club may select a location of their choice. We do ask that a meal be served due to the length of the session and this cost is the responsibility of the club.
