Your Gift in Action

International Service Committee

Committees identify resources to develop international projects. We continually increase the reach of our aid by leveraging local expertise; establishing connections between clubs and international partners; and creating a network of grant and project experts.

District Grants

District Grants may be used for local community or international projects. They are intended for projects with a budget between $500 and $5,000. They do not require an international partner, but they do require hands-on Rotarian involvement.

Global Grants

Global Grants may be used to fund humanitarian projects that support the goals of one or more of the areas of focus, vocational training teams or global grant scholarships.

Peace Fellowship Scholars

The Rotary Peace Fellowship is designed for professionals with work experience in international relations or peace and conflict prevention and resolution. Our fellows are committed to community and international service and the pursuit of peace.

Global Scholars

The purpose of the Global Grant Scholarship program is to support international study at the graduate level. This grant model builds on the very best of Rotary’s Ambassadorial Scholar history. The Global Grant Scholarship has a shorter processing time frame, expands the opportunities available for scholars and simplifies the rules.

Donor Recognition

Your generous contributions are essential to securing and growing Rotary programs throughout the world. We recognize donors to express our gratitude for your commitment, offering individual and club recognition as well as naming opportunities that enable you to honor a friend or family member with a named or endowed gift.

PeaceBuilder Clubs

The program is now spreading with the support of other Rotary Peacebuilder Club committees introducing the program to their communities. There are currently six Rotary Peacebuilder Clubs in our district that are in one way or another working with existing Peace Village programs or establishing Peace Villages in their communities.
